PRODUCT DETAILS

About Juvobin 40 Injection 0.4 ml

Juvobin 40 Injection 0.4 ml belongs to the class of medication called 'blood-forming agent'  primarily used to treat anaemia (low red blood cell count) in person with long-term serious (chronic) kidney disease and persons receiving chemotherapy for some types of cancer (except for bone marrow or blood cells' cancer). Juvobin 40 Injection 0.4 ml helps to reverse anaemia and reduce the need for blood transfusion. Anaemia occurs when the body has a lower amount of red blood cells or haemoglobin. In chronic kidney disease, the kidney gets damaged and doesn't filter the blood, leading to anaemia.

Juvobin 40 Injection 0.4 ml contains a protein 'Darbepoetin alfa' which works by providing signals to the bone marrow to make more red blood cells. Juvobin 40 Injection 0.4 ml is a biologic response modifier and erythropoiesis-stimulating protein. In chronic kidney disease, when the kidney fails to produce sufficient 'erythropoietin protein' which aids in the formation of red blood cells, Juvobin 40 Injection 0.4 ml stimulates the production of this protein in the bone marrow.

Uses of Juvobin 40 Injection 0.4 ml

Anaemia (in cancer and chronic kidney disease)

Medicinal Benefits

Juvobin 40 Injection 0.4 ml is a human-made form of naturally occurring erythropoiesis-stimulating protein or erythropoietin (a hormone produced by the kidney's specialized cells and is responsible for protecting red blood cells against destruction and also stimulates the cells of bone marrow to produce more amount of red blood cells). This medicine is primarily indicated for treating anaemia (low red blood cell count) in persons with long-term serious (chronic) kidney disease and persons receiving chemotherapy for some types of cancer except for bone marrow or blood cells' cancer. Juvobin 40 Injection 0.4 ml contains a protein 'Darbepoetin alfa' which works by providing signals to the bone marrow to make more red blood cells.

PRODUCT DETAILS

About Rebopag 50 mg Tablet 7's

Rebopag 50 mg Tablet 7's belongs to the class of 'platelet-stimulating agents' primarily used to treat low blood platelet count in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections. Rebopag 50 mg Tablet 7's is also used to treat severe aplastic anaemia (SAA) in adults. Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is an immune condition associated with low levels of platelets. Hepatitis C is an infection and inflammation of the liver caused due to hepatitis C virus. Severe aplastic anaemia is a condition in which the bone marrow doesn't make enough blood cells.

Rebopag 50 mg Tablet 7's contains 'Eltrombopag' which belongs to the class of 'thrombopoietin receptor agonists'. Thrombopoietin is a glycoprotein hormone that stimulates the formation of megakaryocytes (large bone marrow cells) and further regulates platelet's production. Rebopag 50 mg Tablet 7's works by increasing these large bone marrow cells responsible for the production of platelets. Thus, Rebopag 50 mg Tablet 7's helps increase these bone marrow cells, thereby stimulating the number of platelets, which further lowers the risk of bleeding.

Uses of Rebopag 50 mg Tablet 7's

Low platelet count and Severe aplastic anaemia (SAA).

DARBEPOETIN ALFA INJECTION DARBOTIN 40PRODUCT DETAILSAbout Darbotin 40 Injection 0.4 mlDarbotin 40 Injection 0.4 ml belongs to the class of medication called 'blood-forming agent'  primarily used to treat anaemia (low red blood cell count) in person with long-term serious (chronic) kidney disease and persons receiving chemotherapy for some types of cancer (except for bone marrow or blood cells' cancer). Darbotin 40 Injection 0.4 ml helps to reverse anaemia and reduce the need for blood transfusion. Anaemia occurs when the body has a lower amount of red blood cells or haemoglobin. In chronic kidney disease, the kidney gets damaged and doesn't filter the blood, leading to anaemia.Darbotin 40 Injection 0.4 ml contains a protein 'Darbepoetin alfa' which works by providing signals to the bone marrow to make more red blood cells. In chronic kidney disease, when the kidney fails to produce sufficient 'erythropoietin protein' which aids in the formation of red blood cells, Darbotin 40 Injection 0.4 ml stimulates the production of this protein in the bone marrow. Darbotin 40 Injection 0.4 ml will be injected by the healthcare provider. Do not self-administer. The most common side effects of Darbotin 40 Injection 0.4 ml are shortness of breath,  cough, low blood pressure during dialysis, headache, body aches, diarrhoea, injection site pain and abdominal pain.
Uses of Darbotin 40 Injection 0.4 mlAnaemia (in cancer and chronic kidney disease) Medicinal BenefitsDarbotin 40 Injection 0.4 ml is a human-made form of naturally occurring erythropoiesis-stimulating protein or erythropoietin (a hormone produced by the kidney's specialized cells and is responsible for protecting red blood cells against destruction and also stimulates the cells of bone marrow to produce more amount of red blood cells). Deficiency of erythropoietin happens when a person is suffering from chronic kidney diseases, which in turn cause low red blood cells count causing anaemia.  This medicine is primarily indicated for treating anaemia (low red blood cell count) in persons with long-term serious (chronic) kidney disease and persons receiving chemotherapy for some types of cancer except for bone marrow or blood cells' cancer. Directions for UseDarbotin 40 Injection 0.4 ml will be administered by a healthcare professional; do not self-administer.StorageStore in a cool and dry place away from sunlightSide Effects of Darbotin 40 Injection 0.4 ml• Shortness of breath• Cough• Hypotension (low blood pressure)• Headache• Body aches• Diarrhoea• Injection site pain • Abdominal pain (stomach pain)  Habit FormingNo

BENEFITS OF ZYROP POWDER FOR INJECTION

In Treatment of Anemia due to chronic kidney disease

Zyrop 5000 Injection is a man-made protein that helps your bone marrow to produce more red blood cells. It is used to treat anemia which is caused by kidney disease in adults and children who are on dialysis. Anemia is a condition where your body does not have enough red blood cells to carry oxygen around your body. This medicine helps reduce weakness and tiredness that you may be experiencing due to anemia. The injection is usually given by a doctor after a dialysis treatment.

In Treatment of Anemia due to cancer chemotherapy

Anemia is a condition where your body does not have enough red blood cells to carry oxygen around your body. Zyrop 5000 Injection is a man-made protein that works by stimulating the bone marrow (soft tissue inside the bones) to produce more red blood cells. The natural human form of this protein may be reduced when you are having chemotherapy to treat some types of cancer. An injection of the medicine can reduce the need to have a blood transfusion. You may also be given iron supplements to make the treatment more effective.

    Introduction to Orofer 500mg Injection

Orofer 500mg injection contains the active substance Ferric carboxymaltose. It belongs to the group of medications called iron replacement products. It is used to treat iron-deficiency anemia (decreased RBC due to lower levels of iron in the body) in adults and pediatric patients who cannot tolerate oral iron or when oral iron supplements are ineffective. It is also indicated to treat iron deficiency anemia in adults with chronic kidney disease who are not on dialysis. This medicine is not recommended for pediatric patients less than one year of age.

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to ferric carboxymaltose or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. Do not receive Orofer 500mg injection if you have anemia that is not caused by iron deficiency, an iron overload (too much iron in the body), or difficulties in using iron. Inform your physician if you have rheumatoid arthritis, severe asthma, eczema, infection, liver disorders, or low phosphate levels in the blood. Incorrect administration of this injection may cause irritation and long-lasting discoloration at the administration site.

Inform your physician if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before initiating the treatment with Orofer 500mg injection. The most common side effects are nausea, hypertension, flushing, injection site reactions, skin reactions, vomiting, and dizziness. Tell your physician if you have experienced serious allergic (hypersensitive) reactions to other injectable iron preparations.
