Trilavir L Tablet is a combination of antiretrovirals medicines. It is prescribed to treat HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) infection. It boosts up the immunity to fight against HIV to manage or treat AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome).

Trilavir L Tablet restricts the growth of HIV in the body and reduces the risk of getting HIV-related complications to improve the lifespan of an individual. About Spegra Tablet 30's

Spegra Tablet 30's belongs to the group of antiretroviral agents indicated for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and children above 12years weighing at least 40kgs. HIV is a virus that attacks the body's immune system, making it compromised and susceptible to various infections and diseases.

Spegra Tablet 30's contains 'Dolutegravir, Emtricitabine and Tenofovir alafenamide'. Spegra Tablet 30's works by interfering with the working of HIV-1 reverse transcriptase enzymes which are necessary for the replication of the virus. Together, Spegra Tablet 30's helps in treating HIV infection.

Take Spegra Tablet 30's as prescribed. In some cases, Spegra Tablet 30's may cause certain side effects such as trouble sleeping, headache, nausea, and tiredness. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if these side effects persist.

It contains Dolutegravir, Emtricitabine and Tenofovir alafenamide. Dolutegravir works by blocking HIV integrase, which is responsible for integrating viral DNA into the host cell. Thus, it inhibits the integration of the viral component into the human body cells. Emtricitabine works by inhibiting reverse transcriptase, which is responsible for transcribing RNA to DNA. By blocking this action, emtricitabine prevents the proliferation of the virus. Tenofovir alafenamide blocks the enzyme polymerase, thereby preventing aggregation of viral components and terminating the DNA chain, thus effectively nipping viral replication in the bud.

Ledifos Tablet is a medicine that contains the active substances ledipasvir and sofosbuvir. It is indicated to treat chronic (long-term) hepatitis C virus infection in adults and children three years of age and older. Hepatitis C is a virus that mainly infects the liver. It is mainly triggered by a virus named Flavivirus. Most patients remain asymptomatic, and the symptoms show up only when they develop chronic liver disease or cirrhosis. Introduction to Emtaf Tablet

Emtaf tablet contains the active ingredient Emtricitabine/ tenofovir alafenamide. It is a combination of antiretroviral medication. Emtricitabine belongs to the class of medication called nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI), and tenofovir alafenamide belongs to the class called nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NtRTI). It is used in combination with other medicines to treat human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) infection in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and who weigh at least 35kg. They work by slowing the spread of HIV in the body.

Do not take Emtaf tablet if you are allergic to Emtricitabine/ tenofovir alafenamide or any of the other ingredients. Get tested for HIV infection regularly while using this medicine. Do not miss any doses of this medicine or stop taking it. Missing doses may increase your risk of getting HIV infection.  This medicine does not prevent other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Inform your physician if you have liver problems or suffer from liver disease, including hepatitis, kidney problems, and bone problems. Do not give this medicine to children aged 11 years or under.
