PRODUCT DETAILS

About Mycofit 500 Tablet 10's

Mycofit 500 Tablet 10's belongs to a class of medications called ‘immunosuppressants’ used to prevent the body from rejecting a transplanted organ such as a kidney, heart or liver. Transplant rejection occurs when the recipient’s immune system identifies the transplanted organ as a ‘foreign object’ and attacks it. If it is not treated promptly, it may cause irreversible damage.

Mycofit 500 Tablet 10's contains ‘Mycophenolate mofetil’ used in the treatment of organ transplant rejection along with another immunosuppressant and anti-inflammatory agent. It inhibits T and B lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell that attacks foreign cells) and suppresses the production of antibodies (identify and kill foreign cells). These effects suppress the immune system so that the transplanted graft is not rejected.

Take Mycofit 500 Tablet 10's as prescribed. Your doctor will advise you on how often you take Mycofit 500 Tablet 10's based on your medical condition. The common side effects of Mycofit 500 Tablet 10's are diarrhoea, vomiting, decreased white blood cells and red blood cell count and infections. Consult your doctor right away if any of these side effects persist or worsen.

Do not take Mycofit 500 Tablet 10's if you are allergic to ‘mycophenolate mofetil’ or any ingredients present in it. Also, do not take it if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or not using effective contraception and breastfeeding. It can cause birth defects/congenital disabilities in the unborn baby, so make sure you take a pregnancy test before using Mycofit 500 Tablet 10's if you are a woman of childbearing potential.

Introduction :

After a liver, kidney, or heart transplant, Panimun Bioral 50mg Capsule is used to prevent your body from rejecting the new organ. Your immune system is weakened as a result, preventing your body from attacking the new organ. Additionally, it can be used to treat psoriasis and severe rheumatoid arthritis.

The amount of Panimun Bioral 50mg Capsule you take depends on your weight, medical condition, and what you are being treated for.  The ideal dosage will be set for you by your doctor. Without consulting your doctor, do not alter the dosage. It can be taken with or without food. It is better to take it, in the same way, and at the same time every day to get the maximum benefit. Keep taking it for as long as you have been told to, even if you feel well. Stopping treatment may increase the risk of your transplanted organ being rejected.

The most common side effects of this medicine include headache, unusual growth of facial or body hair, high blood pressure, diarrhea, and shaking or tremors. Because it lowers your immune system, you may also catch more infections than usual. Tell your doctor straight away if you develop an infection. For the same reason, you may be more at risk of developing some cancers, particularly of the skin. You should limit your exposure to sunlight.

Before taking this medicine you should tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, high blood pressure, gout (increased uric acid levels in the blood), or epilepsy. Also, tell your doctor about all other medicines you are taking as they may affect the working of the medicine. This medicine should only be used in pregnancy if it is clearly needed. However, it is not recommended while breastfeeding. You will have frequent medical tests while taking this medicine to check your blood pressure, liver and kidney function, and mineral levels. The results of tests may lead to changes in your dose.

Uses :
  • Prevention of organ rejection in transplant patients
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Psoriasis

Benefits :

In Prevention of organ rejection in transplant patients :

Panimun Bioral 50mg Capsule belongs to a group of medicines known as immunosuppressive agents. Your immune reaction is suppressed, which lessens the possibility that your body may fight the transplanted organ. When your immune system perceives the new organ as an alien and attacks it, organ rejection occurs. This medication reduces immunological response and aids in your body's adoption of the new organ as if it were your own.

In Rheumatoid arthritis :

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune condition where your body’s immune system (which usually fights bacteria and viruses) attacks your body’s own cells. Panimun Bioral 50mg Capsule stops that from happening and can relieve the symptoms of this condition such as pain, swelling, and stiffness in your joints. It can also slow down joint damage, reduce disability, and enable you to be as active for as long as possible. It can take several weeks or months to notice the effect of the medicine. You should continue taking it until your doctor says it is okay to stop using the medicine.

In Psoriasis :

Panimun Bioral 50mg Capsule can be used to treat severe psoriasis when other treatments have not worked or are not appropriate. Psoriasis happens when skin cells are replaced more quickly than usual. This medicine can improve your skin and reduce the symptoms of rash, redness, and pain. The improvement in the appearance of your skin can boost your confidence and improve your life.

Side Effects :

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them.

Product Introduction

Pangraf 2 Capsule is used along with other medicines to prevent your body from rejecting a new organ (e.g., liver, kidney, or heart) after transplant. It does so by weakening your body’s immune system, so it does not attack the new organ. This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as immunosuppressants.

The amount of Pangraf 2 Capsule you take and how often you take it depends on the type of transplant you have, your body weight, and what other medicines you are taking. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully. You should take it on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Take this medicine regularly to get the maximum benefit and keep taking it, even if you feel well. If you stop taking it, you may increase the chances of rejecting your transplanted organ.

Pangraf 2 Capsule has many potential side effects. It can cause or worsen diabetes and kidney problems. These need urgent medical attention. Other common side effects include tremor, infections, high blood pressure, and insomnia. If the side effects do not go away or get worse, tell your doctor. Pangraf 2 Capsule lowers your immune system making you susceptible to catching more infections than usual.

Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have kidney, liver, or heart problems, diabetes, or high blood pressure. Also let your doctor know what other medications you are taking, especially for infections, pain, and arthritis. These and others may affect, or be affected by, this medicine. You should limit your exposure to the sun and UV (ultraviolet) light while taking it because immunosuppressants could increase your risk of skin cancer.

Both men and women using this medicine should use effective birth control to prevent pregnancy. This medicine is not normally recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding unless it is clearly needed. Before and during treatment you will need frequent medical tests to monitor your progress, and your blood pressure will need to be checked often.
