PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Emtreo Injection is used in the treatment of blood cancer. It is used in combination with another cancer medicine called fludarabine in adults and children as young as one month of age with blood cancers as well as in adults requiring a bone marrow transplant.

Emtreo Injection is given as an injection into veins by the healthcare provider. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits. The dose and duration of treatment will be decided by your doctor.

The most common side effects of this medicine include infections, weakness, bleeding, difficulty in breathing, nausea, hair loss, and discoloration of the skin. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them.

Inform your doctor if you have a medical history of bleeding disorders, heart or liver disease, radiation treatment or any infection. Alcohol

It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Veenat 400 Tablet.

Pregnancy

Breast feeding

Veenat 400 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Lactating women should not breastfeed while using this drug and 15 days after stopping it.

Driving

Kidney

Liver

IMALEK 400MG TABLET contains Imatinib which belongs to the group of medicines called Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors. It is used in adults, children and adolescents to treat chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) (a form of leukaemia in which certain abnormal white cells (named myeloid cells) start growing out of control) and philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (Ph-positive ALL) (a form of leukaemia in which certain abnormal white cells (named lymphoblasts) start growing out of control).

Also, it is used in adults only to treat myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative diseases (MDS/MPD) (a group of blood diseases in which some blood cells start growing out of control), hyper eosinophilic syndrome (HES) and/or chronic eosinophilic leukaemia (CEL) (a blood diseases in which some blood cells (named eosinophils) start growing out of control), gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GIST) (cancer of the stomach and bowels) and dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) (cancer of the tissue beneath the skin in which some cells start growing out of control).

IMALEK 400MG TABLET is generally not recommended for use in pregnant women unless advised by the doctor and it is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women. IMALEK 400MG TABLET should be used with caution in children, adolescents and elderly patients (aged 65 years and above).

Spnib 70mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but try to have it at the same time every day to get the most benefits. INTRODUCTION

DASH 70 TABLET contains Dasatinib which belongs to the group of medicines called Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor. It is used to treat cancers of blood and bone marrow (such as chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) or Philadelphia chromosome positive (Ph+) acute lymphoblastic leukaemia) in adults, adolescents and in children (aged 1 year or above).

It is primarily used in patients when treatment with conventional therapies is not suitable or fails to provide adequate response.

Leukaemia is the cancer of blood cells. It is caused due to abnormal growth and multiplication of blood cells within the bone marrow. It is characterized by severe tiredness, breathlessness, increased bleeding tendency, tiredness, anemia, night sweats, fever, chills, frequent infections and weight loss.

During treatment with DASH 70 TABLET your doctor will closely monitor your health condition through several blood tests to avoid the risk of unwanted side effects. Avoid eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice while taking DASH 70 TABLET as it may increase the risk of side effects.

Before taking DASH 70 TABLET inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney or heart problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have or at risk of developing hepatitis C infection as a precaution.
