How to Take / Dosage

Sema-glutide 3mg should be taken exactly as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Here are the general guidelines:

• Initial Dose: In order to minimize gastrointestinal side effects, therapy typically starts at 3 mg once daily for 30 days.

• Titration: After 30 days, the dose is increased to 7 mg once daily, and can then be escalated to 14 mg once daily, based on tolerance and therapeutic need.

Administration:

• Take on an empty stomach, with no more than 120 mL (4 oz) of water.

• Wait at least 30 minutes before eating, drinking (except water), or taking any other oral medication.

• Swallow the tablet whole; do not split or chew.

Sema-glutide may also be available in:

• 3 mg: For initiation only (not for maintenance).

• 7 mg: Intermediate maintenance dose.

• 14 mg: Full maintenance dose for optimal efficacy.

Uses of  Ocrelizumab 300mg Injection

Temperature Requirements and StorageOcrevus must be handled and stored carefully to maintain its efficacy and safety. The storage and temperature guidelines are for healthcare professionals, as it is unlikely a patient would store it at home long-term. 

• Primary Storage: Unopened vials of Ocrevus (both IV and SC formulations) must be stored in a refrigerator at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C (36°F and 46°F).
• Protection: Vials must be kept in their original outer carton to protect them from light.
• Do Not Freeze or Shake: The medication should not be frozen or shaken.
• Room Temperature (Prior to Use): Before administration, the solution (once prepared or in the SC syringe) should be allowed to reach room temperature (up to 25°C or 77°F). Immediate use is recommended.
