Cazanat 20mg tablet is an antineoplastic drug with an active ingredient called Cabozantinib. It belongs to the medication class known as tyrosine kinase inhibitors. In adults, it is used to treat advanced kidney cancer and locally advanced or metastatic differentiated thyroid cancer. It is also used in treating liver cancer when Sorafenib (anticancer medicine) is no longer working. Usually, this medicine is given in combination with Nivolumab for advanced kidney cancer. It is not recommended for those younger than 18 years. 

Do not consume Cazanat 20mg if you are allergic to Cabozantinib and its other ingredients. Inform your physician if you have liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, or diarrhea. Notify your doctor about the history of blood clots in the leg or significant bleeding, aneurysm (inflammation of blood vessels), or tears in the blood vessel wall. Inform your physician if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant. Use effective contraception during and even after the treatment or four months. Discuss more fertility concerns with your doctor.

Additionally, CYCLOXAN INJECTION 1GM is used to treat minimal change nephrotic syndrome (kidney disease) in paediatric patients.

CYCLOXAN INJECTION 1GM contains 'Cyclophosphamide' that works by stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells in the body. Thereby, CYCLOXAN INJECTION 1GM helps treat cancer. CYCLOXAN INJECTION 1GM suppresses the body's immune system and helps treat nephrotic syndrome.

In some cases, CYCLOXAN INJECTION 1GM may cause nausea, vomiting, stomatitis (inflamed and sore mouth), weakness, malaise (general discomfort), fever, leukopenia (low white blood cell count), and alopecia (hair loss). You are advised to talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Pazonat 200mg tablet contains the active substance pazopanib. It is an antineoplastic drug that belongs to the class tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is used in adults to treat advanced kidney cancer or has spread to other organs. It is also indicated to treat certain forms of soft-tissue sarcoma, a type of cancer affecting the supportive tissues of the body. This medicine works by preventing the activity of proteins involved in the growth and spread of cancer cells.

Do not take Pazonat 200mg tablet if you are allergic to Pazopanib or any other ingredients of this medicine. Before initiating the treatment, inform your physician if you have kidney, heart, lung, or liver problems, bleeding disorders, stomach or bowel problems, and thyroid problems. This tablet can raise your blood pressure. It is necessary to check your blood pressure regularly during the treatment. No dose adjustments are required for patients with kidney diseases.

Your doctor will advise you to stop Pazonat 200mg tablet at least 7 days before any surgeries or dental operations that you are undergoing, as it may affect wound healing. This medicine is not recommended for people aged under 18. This medicine can cause infertility; consult your doctor before taking this medicine. The most common side effects are diarrhea, hypertension, hair color changes, nausea, and vomiting.

If you forgot to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, skip the missed dose if it is nearly time for the next dose.
